This adorable little cloud is inspired by a rainy, yet still very sunny day, spent on the gorgeous Welsh coast.
The cloud itself is hand embroidered onto a bright blue fabric, using a mix of ivory coloured pearl beads and tiny blue beads. 3 small shells sit nestled into the cloud. ‘Rain drops’ have been hand embroidered falling from the cloud, using a mix of gold and iridescent embroidery floss.
This design is framed in a 3” wooden hoop, which has been hand stained in a oak shade.
The back of this hoop is covered so the stitches are not visible. The edges have been glued down to fix them to the hoop. This embroidery is not designed to be taken out of the hoop. This hoop can be hung on a wall or also looks just as pretty propped up on a shelf.
